How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Sword of the Meek.
2. Skittering Precursor triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token.
3. When the Eldrazi Spawn enters the battlefield as a 1/1 due to Ruination Guide, Sword of the Meek triggers, returning Sword of the Meek from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the Eldrazi Spawn.
4. Resolve the Phantom Train ability
5. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms the humble Sword of the Meek into an engine of endless evolution by feeding it directly to Phantom Train. Whenever you sacrifice the Sword to fuel Phantom Train's activation, Skittering Precursor catches the sacrifice and rewards you with a fresh Eldrazi Spawn token. Because Ruination Guide passively pumps all your other colorless creatures with a crucial +1/+0 boost, that newly spawned Eldrazi enters the battlefield as a 1/1 creature instead of a 0/1. This momentary size increase miraculously satisfies Sword of the Meek's resurrection condition, allowing the Sword to leap straight from your graveyard and attach itself right back to the token—leaving it primed and ready to be sacrificed to the Train all over again for infinite colorless mana, tokens, and counters.
