How it works

1. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Sword of the Meek.
2. Skittering Precursor triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token.
3. When the Eldrazi Spawn enters the battlefield as a 1/1 due to Ruination Guide, Sword of the Meek triggers, returning Sword of the Meek from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the Eldrazi Spawn.
4. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability
5. Repeat.

This elegant loop relies on a clever stats-and-triggers dance to continuously recycle artifacts from your graveyard. You begin by using Umbral Collar Zealot to sacrifice Sword of the Meek, which triggers Skittering Precursor to spawn a fresh token. Ordinarily that token would be a 0/1, but Ruination Guide's static anthem pumps it into a 1/1—just big enough to satisfy Sword of the Meek's resurrection condition and automatically re-equip itself from the graveyard. Along the way, you can sacrifice the newly spawned Eldrazi token for mana using its own ability, leaving you with an engine that churns out infinite death triggers, surveils your deck, and generates unlimited colorless mana.
