How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Sword of the Meek.
2. Skittering Precursor triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token.
3. When the Eldrazi Spawn enters the battlefield as a 1/1 due to Street Riot, Sword of the Meek triggers, returning Sword of the Meek from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the Eldrazi Spawn.
4. Resolve the Phantom Train ability
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Phantom Train into a bottomless pit of growth by feeding it Sword of the Meek as a sacrifice. Every time the Sword hits the graveyard, Skittering Precursor answers the sacrifice by conjuring an Eldrazi Spawn token. Because Street Riot passively pumps your team's power, that newborn token enters as a 1/1, which immediately snaps Sword of the Meek right back from the graveyard onto the battlefield attached to it. You can repeat this process indefinitely to pile up infinite +1/+1 counters on Phantom Train, generate infinite colorless mana from sacrificing the Spawn tokens, and trigger endless enters-the-battlefield and death events.
