How it works

1. Cause a 2/2 creature to enter the battlefield under your control, which enters as a 1/1.
2. Sword of the Meek triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the 1/1 creature.
3. Teval triggers. Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Sword of the Meek.
4. Resolve the Teval trigger, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop transforms Teval, the Balanced Scale into an engine for endless tokens by weaponizing the graveyard mechanics of Sword of the Meek. As Phantom Train devours the Sword as a cost to grow itself, it triggers Teval's ability to manufacture a fresh 2/2 Zombie Druid token.
