How it works

1. Cast Green Dragon by paying 4.
2. Green Dragon enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Warstorm Surge.
3. Resolve the Green Dragon trigger, causing any creature your opponent control that are dealt damage this turn to be destroyed.
4. Resolve the Warstorm Surge trigger, dealing damage equal to Green Dragon's power to any creature an opponent controls.
5. Green Dragon triggers, destroying the creature dealt damage.
6. The creature dies, triggering Overseer of the Damned's second ability, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
7. The Zombie enters the battlefield, triggering Warstorm Surge, dealing damage equal to the Zombie's power to any creature an opponent controls.
8. Repeat from step 5.

This loop transforms a simple monster drop into a relentless wave of destruction, fueled entirely by Warstorm Surge turning every incoming creature into immediate artillery. When you cast Green Dragon, its entry triggers the enchantment to deal damage equal to its power to an opponent's creature, while simultaneously setting up a lethal aftermath where any damage dealt to an enemy creature this turn destroys it outright. Overseer of the Damned then watches the carnage unfold, rewarding every single death by dropping a tapped 2/2 black Zombie token right onto the battlefield. That new Zombie immediately triggers Warstorm Surge all over again, letting you repeat the process to systematically wipe out every nontoken creature your opponents control while generating a near-infinite army of the undead.
