How it works

  1. Activate Warren Soultrader by paying 1 life and sacrificing Gravecrawler.
  2. When Gravecrawler dies, Wayward Disciple triggers if it is on the battlefield, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life.
  3. Resolve the Warren Soultrader ability, creating a Treasure token.
  4. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding B mana.
  5. Cast Gravecrawler from your graveyard by paying B mana.
  6. When Gravecrawler enters the battlefield, Pious Evangel triggers if it is on the battlefield, causing you to gain 1 life.
  7. Repeat.
