How it works

1. Cast Malignus by paying 3.
2. When Malignus enters the battlefield, Pandemonium triggers, dealing an amount of damage equal to twice Malignus' power to an opponent.
3. The opponent loses the game due to having zero or less life.

When you drop Malignus onto the battlefield, its power scales dynamically to half of the highest life total among your opponents, rounding up. Pandemonium immediately capitalizes on that massive frame by triggering upon entry, letting Malignus deal damage equal to its own power directly to an opponent. To ensure that single blow is fatal, Dictate of the Twin Gods steps in with a passive damage-doubling effect that turns Malignus's already enormous power into lethal overkill, securing the win in one swift strike.
