How it works

1. Cast Trickery Charm by paying , causing Trazyn to become a Sliver until end of turn.
2. Activate Trazyn using Grim Monolith's ability by tapping it, adding CCC.
3. Activate Trazyn by paying 2, untapping it.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop turns the graveyard into a powerful engine for infinite mana. With Grim Monolith resting in your graveyard, Trazyn the Infinite copies its mana-producing ability while Scuttling Sliver quietly grants all your Slivers—including Trazyn itself, thanks to Trickery Charm temporarily rewriting its creature type—the ability to untap for just two mana. Because Grim Monolith nets three colorless mana each time it is tapped and only costs two to untap via Scuttling Sliver's borrowed skill, you can continuously repeat the process to generate an endless supply of colorless mana.
