- Activate Trazyn using Five Hundred Year Diary's ability by tapping it, adding at least
- Activate Trazyn using Grim Monolith's ability by paying 4, untapping Trazyn.
- Repeat.

The real magic happens when Five Hundred Year Diary joins Grim Monolith in the graveyard, granting Trazyn the power to tap for a flood of blue mana based on your Clues, which you can easily cycle away later. By looping these activated abilities back and forth, Trazyn generates infinite blue mana and infinite colorless mana to fuel the rest of your victory.
