How it works

1. Activate Combine Guildmage's first ability by paying 1 and tapping it, causing creatures that enter the battlefield under your control this turn to enter with a +1/+1 counter on them.
2. Cast Cryptic Trilobite by paying 0, causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it due to Combine Guildmage.
3. Activate Together Forever by paying 1, targeting Cryptic Trilobite.
4. Activate Cryptic Trilobite by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding CC that can only be spent to activate abilities.
5. Cryptic Trilobite dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness, triggering Together Forever, returning Cryptic Trilobite from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Repeat from step 2.
