How it works
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
- Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
- When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Captain Storm triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Captain Storm.
- Repeat.
This loop is a masterclass in recycling your own deck, centered around casting Sensei's Divining Top entirely for free while netting continuous value. Ugin, the Ineffable handles the heavy lifting by reducing the Top's mana cost down to zero, letting Falco Spara, Pactweaver step in to let you cast it directly off the top of your library by simply peeling a counter off a creature instead of paying mana. Every time Sensei's Divining Top re-enters the battlefield, Captain Storm, Cosmium Raider triggers to place a fresh +1/+1 counter right back onto itself, perpetually refueling Falco Spara, Pactweaver's alternate casting cost.
