How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Jace's Projection triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a free, repeatable draw engine by leaning heavily on the battlefield support of Falco Spara, Pactweaver and Ugin, the Ineffable. Ugin, the Ineffable reduces the cost of colorless spells by {2}, making Sensei's Divining Top completely free to cast. Meanwhile, Falco Spara, Pactweaver allows you to cast that Top directly from the top of your library by removing a counter from a creature you control, bypassing normal casting restrictions. Whenever Jace's Projection is on the board, every iteration of drawing with Sensei's Divining Top triggers Jace's Projection to grow with a new +1/+1 counter, which conveniently supplies the exact resource Falco Spara needs to keep the loop going indefinitely.
