How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.

3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever setup uses Falco Spara, Pactweaver to bend the rules of the library, letting you repeatedly cast spells directly from the top. Sensei's Divining Top fuels this loop by drawing a card and tucking itself away, only to be recast immediately for free by leveraging the cost-reduction of Ugin, the Ineffable and removing the counter that Falco Spara grants. Meanwhile, Lyla, Holographic Assistant quietly tracks your card draw to ensure a steady supply of +1/+1 counters remains on your board, which Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability continuously consumes to keep the Top tumbling endlessly back onto the battlefield.
