How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 due to Ugin, the Ineffable.
2. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Skyswimmer Koi triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Skyswimmer Koi trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library, and then discard a card other than Sensei's Divining Top.
5. Repeat

This clever loop relies heavily on Ugin, the Ineffable to reduce the cost of artifacts, allowing you to cast Sensei's Divining Top for free. With that cost reduction in place, Skyswimmer Koi provides the crucial bridge by turning every entry of Sensei's Divining Top into a card-drawing trigger. By responding to that trigger with Sensei's Divining Top's own ability—drawing a card and placing itself back on top of your library—you set up the Koi to instantly draw it back out while letting you quietly loot away unwanted cards.
