Near-infinite lifelossEach opponent loses the game
How it works
Cast Dire Fleet Ravager by paying 3.
When Dire Fleet Ravager enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing each player to lose a third of their life total, rounded up.
At the beginning of your upkeep, Archfiend of Despair and Clone trigger.
Resolve the Archfiend of Despair trigger, causing each opponent to lose life equal to the life they lost this turn.
Resolve the Clone trigger, causing each opponent to lose life equal to the life they lost this turn.
Each opponent loses the game due to having 0 or less life.
This gruesome loop revolves around the life-draining entry of Dire Fleet Ravager, which immediately strips away a third of everyone's life total the moment it hits the board. To turn that initial chunk into a game-ending catastrophe, Archfiend of Despair sits passively on the battlefield to ensure opponents can never claw back that lost life, while mercilessly doubling every single point of life they lost that turn during the end step. By leveraging Clone to enter the battlefield as a copy of Archfiend of Despair, you double up on that torturous trigger, causing your opponents to bleed out from the accumulated life loss and instantly sealing their doom.
