How it works

1. Activate Fanatic of Rhonas's second ability by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Emiel by paying 3, blinking Derevi.
3. When Derevi enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping Fanatic of Rhonas.
4. Repeat.

This engine relies on Fanatic of Rhonas tapping to generate four green mana through its Ferocious ability, easily providing enough juice to pay Emiel the Blessed's activation cost. By channeling that mana into Emiel the Blessed, you exile and instantly return Derevi, Empyrial Tactician to the battlefield. Derevi, Empyrial Tactician's entry trigger then untaps Fanatic of Rhonas, leaving you with extra green mana left over from the exchange to repeat the cycle indefinitely.
