How it works

1. Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Derevi.
3. Choose to return Derevi from your graveyard to the command zone.
4. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability
5. Activate Derevi by paying 1, putting it from the command zone onto the battlefield.
6. When Derevi enters the battlefield, it triggers twice.
7. Resolve the first trigger, untapping Bloom Tender.
8. Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding at least .
9. Resolve the second Derevi trigger, untapping Bloom Tender.
10. Repeat.

This clever loop is centered around Bloom Tender as your engine, which easily generates enough colors of mana to repeatedly cast Derevi, Empyrial Tactician straight from the command zone. Each time Derevi re-enters the battlefield, Delney, Streetwise Lookout doubles its entry trigger, yielding two untap activations that ready Bloom Tender multiple times over. Meanwhile, Umbral Collar Zealot provides the necessary sacrifice outlet to send Derevi back where it came from while digging deeper into your deck with surveil.
