How it works

1. Cast Kor Skyfisher by paying 0 and 2 life due to Defiler of Faith and Pearl Medallion.
2. Defiler of Faith triggers, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
3. When the Soldier enters, Suture Priest triggers, causing you to gain life.
4. Resolve Kor Skyfisher. When it enters, it and Suture Priest trigger.
5. Resolve the Kor Skyfisher trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Resolve the Suture Priest trigger, causing you to gain life.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Kor Skyfisher into a self-sustaining engine by completely eliminating its mana cost through the combined cost reductions of Pearl Medallion and Defiler of Faith. As you repeatedly cast and bounce the Kor Skyfisher, the Defiler of Faith triggers to flood the board with Soldier creature tokens. Every time those tokens enter the battlefield, Suture Priest steps in to pad your life total, neatly offsetting the life you paid to Defiler of Faith and ensuring you can keep the loop going indefinitely.
