How it works

1. Gain life.
2. Heroic Feast triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth
3. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Suture Priest triggers, causing you to gain life.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop sets into motion a self-sustaining cycle of life and growth, anchored by the life-gain triggers of Heroic Feast. Once you initiate the loop, gaining life causes Heroic Feast to distribute +1/+1 counters to your creatures, which immediately prompts Herd Baloth to spawn a 4/4 green Beast token. The arrival of that new token triggers Suture Priest, not only draining your opponents but crucially giving you the life needed to restart Heroic Feast all over again.
