How it works

1. Activate the creature with Elemental Mastery attached by tapping it, creating a number of 1/1 Elemental creature tokens with haste equal to its power.
2. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing an Elemental.
3. When the Elemental dies as an artifact due to Mycosynth Lattice, Dross Scorpion triggers, untapping the creature with Elemental Mastery attached.
4. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
5. Repeat.

By weaving together Mycosynth Lattice, every single permanent on the battlefield becomes an artifact, turning the token-sacrificing loop into a true mechanical engine. When you tap the creature enchanted by Elemental Mastery to flood the board with haste-granting tokens, sacrificing those tokens to Bloodflow Connoisseur normally wouldn't generate untap triggers. However, Mycosynth Lattice ensures that when those Elementals die, Dross Scorpion sees an artifact creature hitting the graveyard and triggers to untap your creature with Elemental Mastery, letting you repeat the entire process endlessly to grow Bloodflow Connoisseur into a giant while generating infinite tokens and sacrifice triggers.
