How it works

1. Activate Sleep-Cursed Faerie by tapping it, creating three 1/1 Elemental creature tokens with haste.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Elementals, adding 1.
3. Activate Sleep-Cursed Faerie by paying 1, untapping it.
4. Repeat.

This loop turns Sleep-Cursed Faerie into a one-faerie token and mana engine by leaning on Elemental Mastery to scale its production directly to its power. Because Phyrexian Altar is there to turn those freshly minted tokens back into the exact mana needed to pay Sleep-Cursed Faerie's untap cost, you break even on resources while generating an endless supply of haste-granting bodies and triggers. The stun counters on Sleep-Cursed Faerie are neatly bypassed entirely, since its activated ability directly removes them as part of untapping rather than relying on standard untap steps.
