How it works
- Activate the creature with Elemental Mastery attached by tapping it, creating a number of 1/1 Elemental creature tokens with haste equal to its power.
- Activate Yahenni by sacrificing an Elemental.
- When the Elemental dies as an artifact due to Mycosynth Lattice, Dross Scorpion triggers, untapping the creature with Elemental Mastery attached.
- Resolve the Yahenni ability.
- Repeat.
This looping engine transforms a standard sacrifice outlet into an infinite token factory by turning the entire battlefield into a mechanical playground. With Mycosynth Lattice weaving its ubiquitous passive magic, every permanent on the board becomes an artifact, meaning the tokens produced by Elemental Mastery's activated ability are now artifact creatures in addition to being elementals. When you sacrifice one of those newly minted metal minions to Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Dross Scorpion's shadow-forged trigger notices the death of an artifact creature and immediately untaps the enchanted creature. This allows you to tap the creature again to churn out another wave of haste-filled tokens, looping the process endlessly to bury your opponents under a mountain of sacrificial offerings and swinging bodies.
