How it works

1. Activate the creature with Elemental Mastery attached by tapping it, creating a number of 1/1 Elemental creature tokens with haste equal to its power.
2. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing an Elemental.
3. When the Elemental dies as an artifact due to Biotransference, Dross Scorpion triggers, untapping the creature with Elemental Mastery attached.
4. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability.
5. Repeat.

With Elemental Mastery enchanting a creature, you can tap it to flood the board with Elemental tokens, which are immediately transformed into artifact fodder. You then feed those tokens to Viscera Seer to churn through your library with infinite scry triggers. Each sacrifice sends Dross Scorpion's triggered ability onto the stack, untapping your enchanted creature so you can repeat the loop endlessly and generate an infinite army of hasty tokens.
