How it works

1. Activate Coercive Recruiter by tapping it, creating at least four 1/1 Elemental creature tokens with haste.
2. When the Elementals enter the battlefield as Pirates due to Arcane Adaptation, Coercive Recruiter triggers four times.
3. Resolve the first three triggers, causing you to gain control of up to three other creatures and untap them.
4. Resolve the last trigger, untapping Coercive Recruiter.
5. Repeat.
6. You may also repeat this during each of your turns to gain control of all creatures during your turn.

This crafty loop turns your own creatures into a permanent rebellion by layering a clever anthem with an eager recruit. With Arcane Adaptation naming "Pirate," every creature you control seamlessly joins the crew, allowing any new arrival to feed Coercive Recruiter's control-stealing trigger. Tapping that same Coercive Recruiter via Elemental Mastery unleashes a torrent of hasty tokens, which immediately trigger the Recruiter to untap itself and your stolen creatures. You get an endless army of burning Elementals alongside complete control over the entire battlefield, turning your opponent's own forces against them turn after turn.
