How it works

  1. Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least 4U manaR mana.
  2. Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying 1U mana.
  3. Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying 2 and returning it to your hand, copying Dramatic Reversal.
  4. Resolve the Dramatic Reversal copy, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
  5. Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least 4U manaR mana.
  6. Cast Rootha by paying 1U manaR mana.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
