How it works
- Activate all mana-producing artifacts you control by tapping them, adding at least 4.
- Cast Rootha either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 1 plus commander tax, if applicable.
- Cast Blinkmoth Infusion.
- Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying 2 and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, copying Blinkmoth Infusion.
- Activate Twinning Glass by paying 1 and tapping it, casting Rootha without paying its mana cost.
- Resolve the copy of Blinkmoth Infusion, untapping all artifacts you control.
- Activate all mana-producing artifacts you control by tapping them, adding at least 4.
- Repeat from step 4.
