How it works

  1. Activate all mana-producing artifacts you control by tapping them, adding at least 4.
  2. Cast Rootha either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 1U manaR mana plus commander tax, if applicable.
  3. Cast Turnabout by paying 2U manaU mana.
  4. Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying 2 and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, copying Turnabout.
  5. Activate Twinning Glass by paying 1 and tapping it, casting Rootha without paying its mana cost.
  6. Resolve the copy of Turnabout, untapping all artifacts you control.
  7. Activate all mana-producing artifacts you control by tapping them, adding at least 4.
  8. Repeat from step 4.
