How it works

1. Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least 3.
2. Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying 1.
3. Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying 2 and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, copying Dramatic Reversal.
4. Activate Sneak Attack by paying , putting Rootha from your hand onto the battlefield.
5. Resolve the copy of Dramatic Reversal, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
6. Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least 3.
7. Repeat from step 3.
