How it works
- Activate Kenrith's fifth ability by paying 4, returning Mitotic Slime to the battlefield from your graveyard.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Mitotic Slime, adding .
- When Mitotic Slime dies, it triggers, creating two 2/2 Ooze creature tokens.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the two Ooze tokens, adding 2.
- When the Oozes die, they trigger, creating four 1/1 Ooze creature tokens.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Ooze tokens, adding 2.
- Repeat.
- Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate any of Kenrtih's other abilities.
This loop creates a self-sustaining engine of sacrifice and resurrection by using Phyrexian Altar to turn bodies into mana, which in turn fuels Kenrith, the Returned King to keep pulling Mitotic Slime right back out of the graveyard. Every time the Slime and its progeny perish, they break down into a cascade of smaller Ooze tokens that feed the Altar even more mana than the revival cost demands. Once you have this surplus of mana flowing, Kenrith can easily cycle through his remaining abilities to draw your deck, pump your creatures with infinite counters, and bury the table in endless life and creature tokens.
