How it works

1. Activate Staff of Domination's second ability by paying 2 and tapping it, causing you to gain 1 life.
2. Archangel of Thune and Spider-Man trigger, putting two +1/+1 counters on Cryptic Trilobite and one +1/+1 counter on each other creature you control.
3. Activate Cryptic Trilobite by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding CCCC that can only be spent to activate abilities.
4. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1, untapping it.
5. Repeat.
