How it works

1. Tap Kilo by any method.
2. Kilo triggers, causing you to proliferate and put a charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter.
3. Activate Staff of Domination's third ability by paying 3, untapping Kilo.
4. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1, untapping it.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 3 one additional time. Then, repeat steps 1 and 2 one additional time.
6. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
