How it works

1. Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Staff of Domination's third ability by paying 3 and tapping it, untapping Bloom Tender.
3. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1, untapping it.
4. Repeat.

This classic two-card loop turns Bloom Tender into an engine that generates infinite colored mana, as its ability to produce one mana of each color among your permanents far exceeds the costs required to keep the sequence going. By channeling that excess mana into Staff of Domination, you can repeatedly pay to untap Bloom Tender and then untap the Staff itself to reset the loop. Once this foundation is established, the exact same Staff of Domination can use its remaining activated abilities to infinitely draw your deck, gain infinite life, and tap or untap all creatures you control.
