How it works

  1. Activate Emiel by paying 3, blinking Cryptic Trilobite.
  2. Cryptic Trilobite enters the battlefield with at least three +1/+1 counters due to Bloodspore Thrinax.
  3. Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding CCCC that can only be spent to activate abilities.
  4. Repeat.
