How it works

1. Activate Fertilid by paying 1 and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, searching your library for a basic land card and putting it onto the battlefield tapped.
2. When the land enters the battlefield, Bristly Bill, Nissa and Lotus Cobra trigger.
3. Resolve the Bristly Bill trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Fertilid.
4. Resolve the Nissa and Lotus Cobra triggers, adding 1.
5. Repeat.
