How it works

1. Declare Overlord of the Hauntwoods as an attacker.
2. Overlord of the Hauntwoods triggers, creating two tapped Everywhere land tokens.
3. When the Everywhere tokens enter the battlefield, Springheart Nantuko and Nissa each trigger twice.
4. Resolve both Nissa triggers, adding 1.
5. Resolve the first Springheart Nantuko trigger, choosing not to pay and creating two 1/1 Insect creature tokens.
6. Resolve the second Springheart Nantuko trigger, causing you to pay 1 to create two token copies of Overlord of the Hauntwoods.
7. When the Overlord of the Hauntwoods tokens enters the battlefield, they trigger.
8. Resolve the first trigger, creating two tapped Everywhere land tokens.
9. Repeat from step 3.

This loop swings into motion by leveraging Overlord of the Hauntwoods to generate land tokens whenever it attacks, which immediately kickstarts a cascade of landfall triggers. Nissa, Resurgent Animist converts those entering lands into a steady stream of colored mana to fund the process, while Springheart Nantuko uses its landfall ability—amplified by the token-doubling replacement effect of Exalted Sunborn—to recursively copy the attacking Overlord and flood the board with an endless army of tokens.
