How it works

1. Cast Time Warp by paying 3, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Time Warp is put on the bottom of your library instead of into your graveyard due to Wheel of Sun and Moon.
3. Move to your extra turn, drawing Time Warp from the bottom of your library during your draw step due to River Song.
4. Repeat.

By enchanting yourself with Wheel of Sun and Moon, any spell you cast—such as Time Warp—is redirected from your graveyard straight to the bottom of your library rather than hitting the bin. Meanwhile, River Song completely inverts your draw mechanic, forcing you to draw cards from the bottom of your library instead of the top. This creates a closed loop where casting Time Warp on your turn naturally cycles it right back into your hand at the start of the next, granting you infinite turns while safely bypassing traditional library depletion.
