How it works
- Gain life.
- Archangel of Thune triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
- Scurry Oak triggers, creating a creature token and an artifact token.
- When the artifact token enters the battlefield, Teething Wurmlet triggers, causing you to gain life.
- Repeat from step 2.
This charming loop relies on a self-sustaining cascade of life gain and token creation that continuously feeds itself. It all begins when you gain life, prompting Archangel of Thune to distribute +1/+1 counters across your board. Those counters trigger Scurry Oak to spawn a Squirrel token, which in turn triggers Peregrin Took's replacement effect to sweeten the deal by adding an extra Food token alongside it. As those new artifacts enter the battlefield, Teething Wurmlet gains you life simply by arriving, which restarts Archangel of Thune's blessing all over again.
