How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Hedron Archive by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Hedron Archive.
5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Elsha of the Infinite to play right off the top of your library while granting flash to your noncreature spells, setting up a continuous engine. You cast Ghostly Flicker to target and blink both Mystic Sanctuary and Hedron Archive. When Mystic Sanctuary re-enters the battlefield untapped, its ability places Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library for Elsha to cast again, while Hedron Archive provides the exact blue mana needed to sustain the loop.
