How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Hedron Archive by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Hedron Archive.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop starts by tapping both Mystic Sanctuary and Hedron Archive to generate the exact mana needed for Ghostly Flicker. When Ghostly Flicker blinks those two permanents back to the battlefield, Mystic Sanctuary's triggered ability neatly places Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library. From there, One with the Multiverse allows you to play that Ghostly Flicker directly from the top of your library to restart the whole sequence.
