How it works

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Panoptic Mirror triggers.
2. Holding priority, activate Hedron Archive by tapping it, adding CC.
3. Activate Strionic Resonator by paying 2 and tapping it, copying Panoptic Mirror's trigger.
4. Resolve the copy of Panoptic Mirror's trigger, casting a copy of Ghostly Flicker without paying its mana cost.
5. Resolve the copy of Ghostly Flicker, blinking Hedron Archive and Strionic Resonator.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop centers around Panoptic Mirror, which acts as our perpetual engine by casting an imprinted copy of Ghostly Flicker every turn, while Hedron Archive conveniently supplies the exact colorless mana needed to keep the machinery moving. By leveraging Strionic Resonator to duplicate the Mirror's upkeep trigger, we can cast our flicker spell and immediately target both the Archive and the Resonator itself. As those permanents blink and return fresh to the battlefield, they reset their tapped statuses and readiness—allowing us to continuously generate mana and copy triggers to build an infinite storm count and endless magecraft opportunities.
