How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Hedron Archive by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Hedron Archive.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Future Sight to turn the top of your library into an extension of your hand, allowing you to cast Ghostly Flicker directly off the library. Each time you cast the spell, you target Hedron Archive and Mystic Sanctuary to blink them out and back into play. When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability places Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library, perfectly primed for Future Sight to play it all over again.
