How it works

1. Activate Tezzeret's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, targeting Hedron Archive and The Peregrine Dynamo.
2. Holding priority, activate Hedron Archive by tapping it, adding CCC
3. Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying 1 and tapping it, copying Tezzeret's ability, targeting Hedron Archive and The Peregrine Dynamo.
4. Resolve the copy of Tezzeret's ability, untapping Hedron Archive and The Peregrine Dynamo.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop transforms Tezzeret the Seeker into an untap engine by leveraging The Peregrine Dynamo to copy his loyalty ability. With the Dynamo's ability to duplicate targeting from another legendary source, you can constantly refresh both the copier and your mana source. Meanwhile, Hedron Archive sits on the battlefield serving as the fuel, providing the colorless mana needed to activate the Dynamo while getting repeatedly untapping alongside it to generate infinite mana.
