How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Sakashima of a Thousand Faces.
2. When Sakashima of a Thousand Faces dies, it and Havi trigger.
3. Resolve the Havi trigger, returning Sakashima of a Thousand Faces from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Havi.
4. Resolve the Sakashima of a Thousand Faces trigger, returning any legendary creature card with mana value 5 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Sakashima of a Thousand Faces's power.
6. Repeat.
