How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wormfang Manta, adding .
2. When Wormfang Manta dies, its second ability triggers, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Cast Wormfang Manta by paying 5.
4. Wormfang Manta's first ability does not trigger when it enters the battlefield due to Hushwing Gryff.
5. Repeat each turn.

This cunning loop relies on Hushwing Gryff's static ability to suppress Wormfang Manta’s painful entering-the-battlefield drawback, allowing you to bypass skipping your turns entirely. When you sacrifice Wormfang Manta to Phyrexian Altar, its dying trigger goes on the stack to grant you an extra turn. You can then use Muldrotha, the Gravetide to cast Wormfang Manta straight from your graveyard on each of your extra turns, feeding the Altar for mana and chaining infinite turns indefinitely.
