How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wormfang Manta, adding .
2. When Wormfang Manta dies, its second ability triggers, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Cast Wormfang Manta by paying 5.
4. Wormfang Manta's first ability does not trigger when it enters the battlefield due to Tocatli Honor Guard.
5. Repeat each turn.

This clever loop achieves infinite turns by turning Wormfang Manta's built-in drawback entirely on its head, letting you harvest its death trigger over and over. Normally, the Manta's entry trigger would make you skip your next turn, but Tocatli Honor Guard sits quietly on the battlefield to suppress that enter-the-battlefield ability completely. This leaves only the departure trigger active, so every time you sacrifice the Manta to Phyrexian Altar for mana, it queues up an extra turn for you to take. Finally, Karador, Ghost Chieftain acts as your graveyard engine, allowing you to recast the Manta turn after turn using the mana from the Altar to sustain the cycle indefinitely.
