How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wormfang Manta, adding .
2. When Wormfang Manta dies, its second ability triggers, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Cast Wormfang Manta by paying 5.
4. Wormfang Manta's first ability does not trigger when it enters the battlefield due to Tocatli Honor Guard.
5. Repeat each turn.

By having Tocatli Honor Guard on the board, we completely bypass Wormfang Manta’s painful entering-the-battlefield drawback of skipping our next turn. This lets us freely sacrifice the Manta to Phyrexian Altar to generate mana and trigger its leaves-the-battlefield ability, which safely banks us an extra turn. From there, Muldrotha, the Gravetide steps in as the ultimate engine, allowing us to recast our trusty Wormfang Manta directly from the graveyard turn after turn to repeat the entire cycle indefinitely.
