How it works

1. Activate up to seven lands you control by tapping them, adding at least .
2. Cast The Master either from your hand or from the command zone by paying and commander tax, if applicable.
3. Reflections of Littjara triggers, copying the Master spell.
4. Resolve the copy of the Master spell, choosing to having the Master token enter the battlefield as a copy of Great Whale.
5. When the token Master enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
6. Resolve the original Master spell, choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Venser.
7. When the nontoken Master enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
8. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Reflections of Littjara naming Shapeshifter to automatically double every cast of The Master, Formed Anew into both a token and a real spell. When you cast The Master, the token enters first as a copy of Great Whale, whose enters-the-battlefield trigger untaps your lands to completely refund the mana spent. Meanwhile, the original spell resolves to enter as a copy of Venser, Shaper Savant, utilizing Venser's trigger to bounce The Master right back to your hand so you can cast it all over again.
