1. Activate Shuko's equip ability by paying 0, targeting the colorless creature.
2. Monk Gyatso triggers, airbending the creature.
3. Shuko's ability fizzles due to no longer having a legal target.
4. Cast the creature from exile by paying 0 due to Ugin.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Monk Gyatso turning any zero-cost targeting action into an efficient blinking engine. By repeatedly targeting a creature with Shuko's free equip ability, Monk Gyatso triggers to exile and recast that creature. Ugin, the Ineffable is the true catalyst of the operation, making those recast costs completely free so the loop can run endlessly to generate an infinite storm count alongside countless creature entry and leave-the-battlefield triggers.
