How it works

1. Activate Shuko's equip ability by paying 0, targeting Cephalid Illusionist.
2. Cephalid Illusionist triggers, causing you to mill three cards.
3. Resolve the Shuko ability, attaching it to Cephalid Illusionist.
4. Repeat.

This classic self-mill engine turns a humble equipment into an infinite library grinder by exploiting how targeting works in Magic.
