How it works

1. Donate Blightbeetle to an opponent
2. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing the undying creature.
3. When the undying creature dies, its undying ability triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield without a +1/+1 counter on it due to Blightbeetle.
4. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This cunning little loop revolves around the strange interaction between a gifted insect and the graveyard-resurrecting nature of undying. By using Zedruu the Greathearted to donate Blightbeetle to your opponent, its passive static ability—which prevents your opponents' creatures from getting +1/+1 counters—actively sabotage the typical counter-based reset clause of your undying creatures. With that safety net removed, you can continuously sacrifice your recurring creature to Bartolomé del Presidio, growing the vampire ever larger while generating infinite sacrifice, death, and entry triggers to overwhelm the table.
